ACTOR DRIVEN |  TRAUMA INFORMED | CONSENT FORWARD

I am a multi-hyphenate storyteller. I am a full time working Actor & Coach. I am committed to cultivating equitable and brave spaces within the theatre and film community through my work as a Director, Educator and Advocate.

I have a BA in Theatre & Music from Saint Martin's University and am a graduate of The Pacific Conservatory of The Performing Arts.  I've been performing professionally in Film, TV, Theatre, and Commercials for over 15 years.  Regional credits include: These Shining Lives at the Studio Theatre Tierra Del Sol, Cinderella at Orlando Repertory Theatre, Ugly Lies the Bone at the Garden Theatre, The Thanksgiving Play at Urbanite Theatre, In the Time of the Butterflies at Stageworks Theatre, The Hundred Dresses at Lexington Children’s Theatre, and Merchant of Venice at Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival.  Some of my film credits include: 12 Days with God (Pure Flix), Big Time Adolescence (Hulu), Todd (SFN Productions), Yoga Mat Chats (Quietly Bold Films).   I am a SAG-AFTRA Eligible actor represented by Brevard Talent Group.

I've been teaching for over 12 years and taught courses in On-Camera Acting, Script Analysis, Audition Technique, Shakespeare, Writing, Musical Theatre, Movement and Devising.

I lead through Trauma Informed practices that honor each actor's boundaries and agency. I have trained with Intimacy Directors & Coordinators and and have trained on Consent Forward Practices, DEI, Power Dynamics, Anti-Racism, Unconscious Bias, and Boundary Practices, and I am passionate about my on-going training in these areas. I also currently serve as a panel member for the Florida Intimacy Professionals.

I have an in-depth background in script analysis and process work, but my personal process is an amalgam of many methodologies: Stanisklavski, Uta Hagen, Grotowski, Anne Bogart, Laban, Meisner, and so much more.  I believe that there is no one 'right way' to step into the work. And that the only way we can determine the most exciting choice, is by getting on our feet and playing it. I trust how essential it is to honor the actor's instincts, and find where the text lives in the breath and the body.  My goal is to help actors find connection and full body listening through physical exploration, improvisation, imaginative work, vocal technique and environment work.

As a coach, I believe that every actor's path is different. My only role in mentoring an actor's career is to support their unique voice by offering tools to make sure their materials  reflect who they are as people, and their strengths as a performer. I believe that actors are first and foremost, storytellers - and each actor has a story only they can tell.  And I am forever grateful to be a part of that journey.
